This policy describes how the ASCS Agency (American Senior Citizen Services) website handles information. The site is a business-to-business marketing and inquiry site for home-care and senior-care agencies, operated by LTI Group LLC and planned for service availability in the United States and Canada. The ASCS service is scoped to non-sensitive business calls only. The site is not a patient-facing service, does not handle sensitive or health information, and is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI).

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data needed to operate the site.

- We do not intentionally collect protected health information (PHI). Our forms ask you not to submit patient or health information.
What we do not collect or do
- No protected health information (PHI) — please do not submit patient, medical, caregiver, treatment, diagnosis, care-plan, or emergency information.
- No call recording, transcription, AI summaries, or call-content storage — these are not part of the ASCS service.
- No payments — the site does not process payments or store card data.
- No advertising trackers and no third-party advertising identifiers.
- No sale or rental of personal information.
How we use information
- To respond to your business inquiry and provide the information you requested.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- We do not send you automated marketing messages that you did not request.
Sharing
