ASCS Agency — American Senior Citizen Services, operated by LTI Group LLC — provides non-sensitive business call answering, routing, and general-inquiry handling only. It is designed to avoid collecting sensitive or health information, and is planned for service availability in the United States and Canada. This page describes our service scope; it is not a legal compliance certification.

Non-sensitive-information service model

• ✓ASCS handles general, non-sensitive business and administrative calls only.
• ✓PHI exclusion by design — ASCS is not set up to collect patient, medical, caregiver, diagnosis, treatment, or care-plan information.
• ✓No call recording — calls are not recorded.
• ✓No transcription — calls are not transcribed.
• ✓No AI call summaries — call content is not summarized.
• ✓No call-content storage — the content of calls is not stored, and recordings, transcripts, and summaries are not offered as features.
• ✓The assistant collects only basic business details needed to route a call or take a message — such as a caller's name, callback number, and reason for calling.

What this means

Because ASCS is scoped to general business communications and excludes sensitive information by design, it answers and routes calls without recording, transcribing, summarizing, or storing call content.

• ASCS is a general business/administrative answering service — not a medical, clinical, care-coordination, or emergency service. For a medical or safety emergency, call 911.
• ASCS excludes protected health information (PHI) by design and does not operate as a HIPAA Business Associate. If your use would require handling PHI, ASCS is not the right fit.
