Partnership Disclaimer: ASCS partnerships are voluntary, private, and non-regulatory. Enterprise badges indicate partnership status only and do not represent certification of the partner organization.

Usage Rules

Authorized Uses
  • Display on partner organization's official website
  • Include in marketing materials with active partnership
  • Use in presentations to explain verification capabilities
  • Display on provider network pages with proper context
  • Badge must always link to ASCS partnerships or registry page
  • Use only the badge corresponding to your partnership tier
Prohibited Uses
  • Imply that your organization is ASCS-certified
  • Suggest regulatory authority or government endorsement
  • Modify badge colors, proportions, or design elements
  • Display badge without linking to ASCS page
  • Use a higher-tier badge than your partnership level
  • Continue display after partnership termination
  • Claim certification authority on behalf of ASCS
Mandatory Linking Requirement

All enterprise partnership badges must be hyperlinked to one of the following ASCS pages:

  • https://ascsagency.com/enterprise-partnerships
  • https://ascsagency.com/registry

Badges displayed without proper linking are considered unauthorized use and may result in immediate partnership revocation.

Immediate Revocation Clause

ASCS reserves the right to immediately revoke partnership status and badge usage rights for any of the following violations:

  • Misrepresenting partnership as certification or regulatory authority
  • Modifying badge design or removing required linking
  • Using badge to imply government endorsement or regulatory compliance
  • Certifying or approving organizations on behalf of ASCS
  • Any use that damages ASCS reputation or misleads consumers
