When is the annual certification fee due?

The annual senior care compliance certification fee is due upon approval and annually thereafter on your certification anniversary date. Failure to renew results in certification suspension.

Can I upgrade my certification tier later?

Yes. You may upgrade your assisted living certification tier at any time. The fee difference will be prorated based on your remaining certification period.
